| Bob Hayes RYT After discovering yoga more than ten years ago, Bob quickly went from being an enthusiastic student, to a dedicated and passionate teacher. Bob's deep passsion for yoga is evident by a teaching style that continually encourages students to explore their limitless potential through renewed body awareness. His approach is dynamic, physically, yet supportive, and even playful at times, with the goal always being to have students realize their true nature. Teachers who have been a major influence on Bob's approach to yoga include David Neuman, David Swenson, Bob Glickstein, and Joe Robertson. Rianna Cantu Rianna has been involved in yoga for fourteen years, and has been teaching for four years. She is a massage therapist, and is currently working towards her bachelors degree in the science of natural health. Rianna is the mother of three daughters, and is a York transplant from the west coast. Heidi Furst RYT Heidi began practicing yoga in 1999 in Washington, D.C. in order to balance the stress and demands of a career in accounting/finance, and as a means of gaining strength and flexibility in the process. As her practice deepened, so did her awareness of yoga as a way to access inner strength and grace, and as a way to explore the mind/body connection. Heidi completed her teacher training in 2007 and is eager to share her knowledge and experience in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Tammy Hamilton RYT Tammy has been practicing yoga for thirteen years. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and is working towards her Iyengar certification. Her teaching style is Iyengar influenced, as she studies with several senior teachers. Tammy emphasizes alignment and safety in her classes, while having fun too! |
