Bob Hayes RYT
After discovering yoga more than fourteen years ago, Bob quickly went from being an enthusiastic student, to a dedicated and passionate teacher. Bob’s deep passion for yoga is evident by a teaching style that continually encourages students to explore their limitless potential through renewed body awareness.
His approach is dynamic, physically, yet supportive, and even playful at times, with the goal always being to have students realize their true nature. Teachers who have been a major influence on Bob’s approach to yoga include David Neuman, David Swenson, Bob Glickstein, and Joe Robertson.
Rianna Cargman-Freet
Yoga has been a part of Rianna’s life for 17 years. Leaving Hawaii in 2002 bound for York County she has been instructing in York now for 8 years. Born in northern Arizona and moving all through the west she now resides in York with her 3 daughters and husband. Certified through schools in Hawaii for yoga Rianna works as a massage therapist, music instructor and vocalist and is currently working towards a bachelors degree in the science of Natural Health. She has been teaching with Renaissance Yoga for 3 years.
Christel Emenheiser RYT
Christel has been practicing yoga since 2004 and feels that yoga and the breath have been her saving grace. She hopes to share her love of yoga to others and provide students with the tools for self-discipline and spiritual growth. Drawing on ancient yogic teachings, she provides an invigorating, yet calming centering, while expanding the exploration of the Self through asana. Christel was certified at the 200 hour level in February, 2010, through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Nassau, Bahamas. She is also a certified “Yoga of Recovery” counselor [www.yogaofrecovery.com], and is currently studying under Dr. David Frawley to become a “Yoga & Ayurveda Health Educator” through the ‘Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation’ advanced course.
